Employee for property relations

Main job focus

  • comprehensively ensure the collection, process data of the road database, update and archive data on the road network in the organization’s administration,
  • keep technical records of roads in the administration of the organization, carry out road inspections and report their results to the workplace of the central road database,
  • participate in the processing of the concept, development plans and the construction of structures in the road management section,
  • prepare and carry out repairs of land roads, including related objects, diagnostics and inspections of roadways in the stage of construction, repairs and operation in the territorial area of the road database,
  • process documents for handling road property in accordance with the Act on the Property of Higher Territorial Entities,
  • provide cooperation to employees of the regional branch when commenting on project documentation, on decisions of public and state administration bodies regarding the determination of rights and obligations that they have, or may have an impact on the ownership, management and maintenance of roads II. and III. classes.

Applicant requirements and other criteria

  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet),
  • basic knowledge of construction legislation,
  • organizational skills, communication skills,
  • time flexibility and independence.

Qualification prerequisites

  • Secondary school, university education with a technical focus,
  • driving license group .B,
  • 5 years of experience.

Form of remuneration:

In the sense of Act No. 553/2003 Coll. on the remuneration of certain employees for the performance of work in the public interest and on the amendment and addition of certain laws, as amended.

Salary grade:

Starting salary: from €1300.00
