Project milestones
on June 10, 2019, a partnership agreement was signed between the leading partner – Krośnieński County and the Partner of the Prešov self-governing region road management and maintenance project.
on June 14, 2019, a request for a financial contribution was registered.
on February 27, 2020, a contract for the provision of a financial contribution was signed.
the financial contribution provided for the project is in the total amount of €99,964.22 for both project partners.
Project implementation dates:
On December 21, 2020, Addendum No. 1/2020 to the Agreement on the provision of a financial contribution, the subject of which was the extension of the date of completion of the material implementation of the project until 31.07.2021.
On July 2, 2021, Addendum No. 2/2021 to the Agreement on the provision of a financial contribution, the subject of which was the extension of the date of completion of the material implementation of the project to 09/30/2021.
On September 10, 2021, Addendum No. 3/2021 to the Agreement on the provision of a financial contribution, the subject of which was the extension of the date of completion of the material implementation of the project until 30.11.2021.
Already done
In December 2020, completion of construction work on the shelter according to ZoD.
In the month of May 2021, the purchase of 70 promotional packages.
Publication printing and delivery to SUCPSK in May 2021.
In the month of July 2021, production and installation of 4 guide boards.
In July 2021, production and installation of 4 information boards with a description of the machine.
In the month of July 2021, production and installation of 1 commemorative plaque.
