This is a sample page. It’s different from a blog because it stays in one place and appears in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential visitors. It might look something like this:

As a new WordPress user, you can go to your message board, delete this page and create new pages for your content. Have fun!
