Application for the establishment of an easement
We divide applications for the establishment of an easement into 2 types and according to the stage of construction of the utility network. Each application is accompanied by a description that serves to complete the application and is not sent with the application. The necessary attachments must be attached to the application and sent to: Administration and maintenance of roads of the Prešov self-governing region, Legal, control and communication department, Jesenná 14, 080 05 Prešov. In the case of natural persons, consent to the processing of personal data must also be attached to the application.
The building, which is in the preparatory stage, and in order to permit the construction, it is necessary to enter into a contractual relationship with the land on which the engineering network will be located, then we request the conclusion of: Contract on the conclusion of a future contract on the establishment of an easement.
