The Administration and Maintenance of Roads of the Prešov Self-governing Region (SÚC PSK) managed to reconstruct and repair approximately 102 km of II roads during 2021. and III. classes in the territory of the Prešov self-governing region, of which 19 km were repaired by our own asphalt crew, whose performance was aimed at restoring the wear layer of the roads of 22 sections in 10 districts of our region.
At the same time, in the course of 2021, reconstruction work was completed on 24 bridge objects whose structural and technical condition did not meet the requirements for safe, smooth and comfortable transport.
The total financial cost of these constructions was approximately 20.8 million. €.
Several investment actions, started last year with a total value of approx. 9.5 million, are also in the stage of implementation. €. Their goal is to reconstruct another 16 km of roads. Construction work on these works will continue this year.
